We feel really bad for our friends down in Mexico, especially all those wonderful people at the ME Cabo who took such great care of us during Cabo Smoke. With the raging drug war and the recent swine flu...I mean H1N1 flu scare, the Mexican tourism industry has taken a huge hit. Things have gotten so bad that some hotels are offering Flu Free Guarantees where they are offering 3 years worth of free vacations if you catch the H1N1 flu during your stay. Sounds great and all, but I'm not sure risking potential serious illness is worth a free vacation. Some of you cheap bastards may disagree. And there's still that whole matter of possibly getting kidnapped and/or beheaded by some Mexican drug lord.
