Delta's New Heathrow Lounge

Delta recently opened it's new luxury lounge at London Heathrow's Terminal 4. The lounge is open to international first and business class passengers as well as SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers. Up to 300 passengers will have access to a spa, restaurant, wine bar, oxygen bar (the concept still bewilders me), entertainment hub, full-body massage chairs, day beds and showers. Unfortunately, passengers will still have to deal with the crappy Delta accommodations once they get on board their planes.
