Miru Kim is Nude in the City (NSFW)

So why are the erotic photographs by Miru Kim, also known as the naked urban exploring photographer, considered art instead of photography? We're going to go with the fact that she received an MFA (we're assuming that would be Master of Fine Arts) and that her works have been featured in mainstream rags including Esquire and the New York Times. Kim is probably best known for nude photos of herself in various urban settings, samples of which you can check out on her website. Also, check out the video clip below showing her speaking at a recent TED conference which further lends credence to the fact that her work is art and not porn. Oh, and she's sorta cute, in that "much hotter version of Woody Allen's daughter/wife" kind of way.
