Let's all shed a tear for these poor Russian billionaires and their recent misfortunes, such as Sergei Polonsky who is looking to dump his five-star Sungate Port Royal Hotel in Turkey which he bought for $340 million. It looks like he's trying to sell the property at blue light special prices in order to help finish his other projects. Other things being put on the block by Mr. Polonsky include a yacht and a mansion.
