Best Places to Scuba and Snorkel

Considering that the entire East Coast appears to be covered in multiple feet of snow, I probably shouldn't be whining about the 50 degree weather and few drops of rain we've been getting here in SoCal.  But damn it, I'm tired of this winter weather and ready to dive headfirst into some warm tropical water.  If you're also looking to getaway and need some ideas for places to maybe do some scuba diving or snorkeling, check out this article by Four Seasons.  I've actually snorkeled off their first destination, Molokini island which is just a short boat ride away from the southern side of Maui, and it was awesome.
