Sexy Cachaca

cabana cachaca
Our buddy Shad and his lovely wife Maricris will be heading down to Brazil for a week of sensual - and dare we say - debaucherous fun. We are so incredibly jealous. Brazil is known for a number of things: soccer players with one name, NFL player-dating supermodels, unlimited steaks on a stick, the Brazilian cut bikini, topless beaches, and now the Cachaca.

For those that don't know, Cachaca is the third most distilled spirit in the world. It is a rum fermented and distilled in Brazil from freshly pressed sugarcane and fans of Cachaca claim that it is a better form of rum since its made from the actual sugarcane and not molasses which is simply the bi-product of the sugar making process. Regardless, Cachaca is the key ingredient in caipirinhas, a most bodaciously tasty drink.

Cabana is a producer of Cachaca that takes sugarcane from the Brazil state of Sao Paulo and runs it through a complex filtration and purification process which they claim eliminates the harshness that is present is some Cachaca. While we can't vouch for the taste or purity of Cabana Cachaca, we recommend that you at least check out their web site. Trust us: if you're into lythe Brazilian bodies - and who isn't - you'll love the intro video. Go to cabanacachaca.com to check it out.

Oh, and if you're interested in actually trying this stuff, you can buy a bottle for about $35.
