Forbes Traveler recently polled some of the world's top travelers to name the best hotels on Earth. Topping the list is the Villa d'Este located 30 miles north of Milan which features stunning lake views in a Mediterranean-like climate. This gorgeous property beat out powerhouses like Bangkok's Peninsula, Hong Kong's Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Paris' Four Seasons Hotel George V, and Dubai's Burj al Arab.
