Nothing beats spending a nice, cozy winter night with that special sexy someone while sipping an intoxicating cocktail. Well our friends at Hennessy agree and have sent over a couple of delicious drink recipes just in time for the holidays:
Hennessy POM Sidecar
1 oz Hennessy VS
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into glass.
Garnish: Fresh thyme (optional)
Hennessy Hot Toddy
1 1/2 oz. Hennessy VSOP
1/2 oz. maple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Fill w/ hot water
Build in a toddy glass and stir.
Garnish: Cinnamon stick and freshly grated nutmeg.
