Cartier Walnut Roadster

cartier walnut roadster
I was up in Los Angeles this weekend for a wedding when I got a text message from crew member Drewsky:

"Let's go buy a Cartier Roadster"

I would usually jump at the opportunity to do some bling-shopping but unfortunately I was busy with some nuptial obligations that day (fortunately not my own) and was unable to make it. Drewsky didn't end up buying a watch, but that may have been a good thing since now he can consider picking up this limited-edition Cartier Walnut Roadster, which is the first Cartier watch to include wood in the watch. The dial of the Roadster is made of polished burr walnut wood and the bracelet also includes small pieces of burr walnut in between the links. The watch is operated by a Cartier calibre 3110 automatic movement (no idea what that means) and comes with a bracelet and a black alligator strap.

Only four hundred of these watches will be produced so make sure to reserve yours early. Go to cartier.com to find the nearest retailer.
