Balducci's Caviar

balducci's caviar
Don't worry, this new line of private label caviar from Balducci's don't come from snails. The White Sturgeon caviar comes from California White Sturgeon that is cultured from fresh water from artesian wells and has a "clean and crisp (flavor) with a sweet briny finish". The Osetra caviar comes from Russian Sturgeon cultivated in Germany and has a "nutty flavor and a wonderfully subtle 'pop' in the mouth". Prices range from $55 for 1 oz of the White Sturgeon caviar to $725 for 250 grams of the Osetra caviar. Go to balduccis.com to place your order.
