Earning a AAA Five Diamond designation is a real big deal. Only 103 hotels and 59 restaurants have what it takes to garner the award, representing the top 0.28 percent of all rated hotels and restaurants in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. AAA recently announced their 2009 winners which includes six new hotel additions: The Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows (Beverly Hills, CA), Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village (Westlake Village, CA), The Ritz Carlton, Palm Beach (Manalapan, Florida), InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta (Atlanta, Georgia), and Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis (St. Louis, Missouri).
