Sometimes one needs to sacrifice a little functionality for a bit of aesthetics. In the case of the G-1 Glass Top Pool Table by Australia-based Nottage Design, you'll also need to sacrifice about 25 grand as well. There is no doubt that the table is quite pimpish, and while the company claims that the patented Vitrik playing surface mimics a traditional cloth table, we have our doubts that the G-1 will play as well as your standard Brunswick table. However, we have to give them much props for a gorgeous looking table and unless you're a professional pool shark, the playability of the G-1 will probably do just fine.
