Ski Home Simulator
I think I'm the only person who grew up in the great state of Oregon who doesn't know how to ski. The first time I tried hitting the slopes was in college when a bunch of my deadbeat friends gave me five minutes worth of lessons and left me on the intermediate slopes while they went off to the advanced runs. I managed to ski/slide my way down one time without killing myself, however, the second time down I wasn't so lucky. Some little punk girl cut me off, and not wanting to plow into this 70 lb terror on skis, I swerved hard, got my poles tied up with my skis, and promptly dropped the entire weight of my body on my right thumb. Tearing various ligaments in the thumb, I vowed never to ski again.
However, I would be agreeable to trying out this cool ski simulator we found on random-good-stuff.com. It's like a Wii Fit Board on crack, and at around $2300, it's as expensive as crack.
