We really enjoyed our stay at the ME Cabo this past October when we partied it up for Cabo Smoke and the Pimp N Ho Costume Ball down in Cabo San Lucas. However, if you're in the mood for something more serene, consider staying at the exclusive One & Only Palmilla in San Jose del Cabo. Unlike some of the other "wannabes", the Palmilla is legit when it comes to luxury accommodations. While rooms are definitely pricey, we found this grate promotion at hotelchatter.com where you can save 30 percent off their regular rates. Considering rooms typically go for $650 and above, that's a pretty good discount.
