After spending an entire day frolicking at the Mandalay Bay Pool with the rest of the drunken masses, continue your weekend bout of alcoholism at Minus 5 Ice Lounge, a 2,000 square foot ice paradise that is billed as the first permanent ice lounge in the United States. Guests are invited to put on set of booties and parkas to help retain some of their hard-earned body heat while sipping fine alcoholic beverages in the 23 degrees Fahrenheit lounge. In-house carvers change the sculptures and interior of the lounge every six to eight weeks.
